Implementation of enterprise resource planning (ERP) is not only the transfer of technology and products but also more important to transfer the knowledge of all parties. The paper discusses the defects of knowledge transfer about the project implement ERP and analyses the constitute about the whole process of ERP implementation base on ERP project. Builds the ERP knowledge transfer model and designs the system framework of the ERP implementation knowledge transfer system based on cloud computing, in-depth analyses the function about system in order to realize the rapid transfer of the ERP implementation knowledge and improve the efficiency and success rate of ERP system implementation.
