Coordination between multiple collocated cognitive radio networks

Cognitive radio (CR) concepts allow secondary users (SUs) to dynamically access the primary users (PUs) available channels. However, existing CR techniques are not applicable to multiple collocated SUs-networks due to the high probability of collisions among them. In this paper, we propose three coordination algorithms between different networks fusion centers (FCs) to maximize the throughput and minimize the energy consumption. Our results show that Div. Both algorithms have 95% fairness, 98% throughput, and nearly the same low energy consumption as Div. N.
