Quantum election scheme based on conjugate coding

A quantum election scheme with unconditional security is presented. This scheme is based on conjugate coding of qubit string, without the help of entanglement state. We show that this scheme ensures the completeness, soundness, privacy, eligibility, unreusability, fairness and verifiability of an large-scale election under semi-honest model. In addition, any irregularities in this scheme is sensible.
