The paper presents a Zynq base heterogeneous multitasking computing systems resource allocation method. Most modern multitasking computing systems support sharing of resources, such as RAM, between the various processes running on them. We decided to use this ideology to share FPGA resources. By using the technology of partial reconfiguration, it is possible to allocate FPGA resources between individual tasks. Also in the article we give criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of the described method in solving problems.
