In the paper problem of constructing a mobile device management (MDM) system using resource-oriented architecture is considered. We focus our attention on following steps: background of mobile device management, resource-based data model, methodology to exchange information between components in the system using Push notification mechanism, the managing algorithm applied to the Android devices. In addition, at the end, it is the experiment of the proposed system and discussed the quality of mobile access.
