Evaluation Index Extraction and System Construction of Grid Material Supplier: A Meta-Analytic Review

电网物资的供应是电网建设的重要保障，供应商管理是供电企业物资管理的重要内容，对供应商进行科学合理评价是做好这一工作的基础和关键。首先通过对国内外历史文献的筛选，总结分析关于供应商评价的文献，对供应商选择过程中评价标准的重要性进行了排序。然后结合电力物资评价的行业标准，基于对历史文献中各评价指标的选用频数统计进行具体评价指标的提取。最后构建了具有普适性、灵活性、科学性、全面性并存的电力物资供应商评价体系，为电网企业进行供应商的评价优化提供借鉴。 The supply of materials is undeniably vital beyond the construction of power grid. And the supplier management is an important content of the material management of the power grid company. In this paper, starting from the study of historical documents at home and abroad, we analyzed the evaluation criteria of electrical material supplier in order of importance, extracted evaluation index based on frequency statistic analysis, built the strategic supplier evaluation and selection index system in the hope of providing reference for the evaluation of grid material supplier.
