What is the covariance matrix of a cross section in the vicinity of a lone resonance?

Initial attempts at creating the CIELO 56Fe covariances in the resolved resonance region resulted in unreasonably large uncertainties for the first capture resonance at 1.1474 keV. Here we investigate the covariance matrix of the resonance parameters and the resulting cross section.
