Previous versions of this technical report have been elaborated when preparing the paper A Bayesian Evidence Synthesis for Estimating Campylobacteriosis Prevalence published in Risk RAPPORT TECHNIQUE -Analysis, 2011, (31, 1141-1155). In this second edition some typos were corrected and a new proposal in 4.5 for the use of gamma distributions was introduced. The last section of this report about jags implementation gained bene t from exchanges with Sophie Ancelet, Natalie Commeau and Clémence Rigaux.
