Keyboard is a human-computer interactive device used to input the data and information through the key strokes from the device. Virtual keyboard implementation, an alternative way for inputting, aims at replacing the customary physical keyboard with a projected keyboard. Virtual mini-keyboard is a keyboard that displays the keyboard with layout, having a camera for capturing the finger positioning and infrared filter module for finger tracing. The virtual beamer helps in projecting a laser beam onto a flat surface. The user's finger makes a keystroke on the virtual keyboard which is directed to the camera through the infrared filter. The camera senses the finger motion and send back to the system space where the user tends to write.
