Based on the characteristics of vehicle network and cooperative network coding technology, the vehicle two-way communication system is studied. The outage probability is derived by building the vehicle two-way communication system model, the relationship between the distance, the speed, the communication time and the interruption performance are analyzed. The maximum value of all the minimum outage probabilities at all times in the communication process is the optimized object. According to the optimized object, the optimal power allocation scheme is proposed, and the optimal power allocation factor is deduced. Compared with the average power allocation, the scheme can obtain better system interrupt performance. The simulation results show that the optimal allocation factor is close to the theoretical value and is superior to other allocation schemes.
