Target detection algorithm for IARC seventh mission

We use HOG+SVM method to detect the target position, and propose an improved algorithm based on the height information. A method based on the characteristics of color and shape is proposed to detect the direction of target. The experimental results show that the improved position detection algorithm is faster than traditional algorithm, and the direction detection algorithm can get the direction with much accuracy.
