Nowadays, technology advances are able to deliver information in virtual form. Virtual museum is designed to make it easier for people to do interaction with it. Virtual Technology is applied on this Virtual museum using 3D Stereoscopic Technology and Leap Motion Sensor. This research aims to design and apply virtual museum interactions using Leap Motion Sensor. This museum is visualized with 3D Stereoscopic Side-by-Side Technique using a device called 3D TV Display. The interaction is applied through PC server that functioning to processing data from the sensor and later showed on the 3D TV. Results show that hand patterns which designed to trigger the interaction in virtual museum can be done by the participant, which are society. Through the distribution of questioners from 40 persons, 37.50% respondents said that they know about the Virtual museum technology, and 32.50% said that they don't know about the virtual museum technology. From the same questioners, 30.00\% respondents said that they know about Leap Motion Sensor, and 32.50% said that they don't know about Leap Motion Sensor. Then, 62.50% respondents are agree that hand interactions using Leap Motion Sensor is giving a new experience in Virtual museum exploration compare to using keyboard and mouse.
