Current mode quaternary logic circuit

In this paper, importance of multivalued logic circuit is given. Current mode plays pivotal role for higher radix as compared to voltage mode. Considering Quaternary Logic levels current mode based design of Min gate and Max gate is presented using 0.18um CMOS technology Cadence tool. All the basic current mode circuits are designed with quaternary logic. As compared to radix-8, radix-4 designs consume 85% less power dissipation.
