Cooperative control in the presence of antagonistic reciprocity
Wentao Zhang, Zhiqiang Zuo, Yijing Wang · 2017
Mutual hypothesis that interaction information received from neighboring agents is friendly or cooperative may be undesirable in some practical applications. This note pours the main attention on solving the cooperation problem, where both beneficial and antagonistic communication coexist with path or cycle graph. More specially, we show that cooperation ability for a network of interacting nodes is thoroughly decided by the corresponding topology structure. Moreover, we find that cooperation problem under bidirectional reciprocity topology is more arduous than that in unidirectional case. This observation is somewhat counterintuitive when comparing to the commonly investigated coordination problem in the existing literature.
