Cognitive infocommunication for monitoring and improving well-being of people

Nowadays it is quite widespread that you carry a smart mobile phone or a smartwatch. If they are equipped with some appropriate sensors and applications, a lot of information can be gathered about the state of our bodies. The article gives an overview about the sensors, the connected applications and how they can be used to monitor and improve the well-being of people. The well-being is closely related to the sport and the health, but the goal is only to deal with the well-being. You can see that the sensors and the applications extend the human brain in order that the human brain works with them more effectively. The article introduces the characteristics of this kind of body sensor networks from the cognitive infocommunication viewpoint.
