Hydra — Anonymous network routing mechanism

Anonymous network routing mechanisms are an epitome of network security to securely transmit data over a network. Example: Onion routing, Garlic routing. It's a foolproof mechanism to route data packets across the network with supposed source and destination anonymity, along with end-to-end encryption of data and provide protection from eave-droppers, surveilling government agencies, hackers and similar unwanted agencies. Except that these existing mechanisms are NOT completely fool-proof. And this paper will explain how along with introducing a considerably better mechanism.
