Hybrid Agile for Global Teams (Workshop)

Workshop Summary: More global teams than ever now are using agile methods (from 35% in 2012 to 80% in 2014, according to one report). However collaboration in globally distributed teams is difficult due to differences in time, space, culture and knowledge. Several techniques have been promoted to bridge these gaps, but sometimes agile practices have to be “tweaked” to work in such environments.
