Natural disaster monitoring has become monitor the danger forthe accurate early warning to the public.The main issues such as energy-constrained and high error rates had become the utmost debates among the researchers.Hybrid ARQ was known as one of the error control ARQ and FEC.The existing HARQ might not be lifetime due to the advancement of this Sensor Bit Error Rates and interference that rise usage of energy and help toprolong Error Correction algorithm that was based on the outcomes of implementing MEC towards the network of WSN.
