According to the problem of the low accuracy of the existing surgical navigation system in orthopedics, the navigation experiment is carried out for the surgical navigation system based on the C-arm, in order to detect the position and attitude error of the navigation system. By the way of establishing the surgical navigation platform, correcting the X image, calibrating the camera of 2D image to 3D space and integrating the software, the real-time display of operation tool to software interface is realized. Using the spine model, the experiment of position and attitude of navigation of the probe are completed. The accuracy of the navigation system is obtained by comparing the actual pose obtained by NDI with the theoretical values. The position error of navigation is 3.12mm~4.07mm, and the attitude error is 2.8°~4.1°. The surgical navigation system developed in this paper can effectively improve the navigation accuracy in the case of reducing the radiation of the patient and meeting the requirements of safety and accuracy of spinal surgery.
