Use of ontologies for requirements engineering of Fetus Monitoring System
Rasika Mallya, Snehalata Kothari · 2017
This conceptual research focuses on use of ontologies for Mutil-Agent Autonomic-Fetus Monitoring System. PASSI technology (Process for Agents Societies Specification and Implementation) proposes formation of ontologies to generate agent society model for the proposed system. Generation of ontologies and formation of agent society model is the part of requirements engineering phase. The ontologies represent knowledge about agents and their communication. The agent society model consists of domain ontology, communication ontology and role ontology models. Such models can support development of Mutil-Agent Autonomic-Fetus Monitoring System. The system consists of wearable device which monitors baby parameters and record patterns useful for tracking development of fetus. The system also generates alert messages for mother as well as for doctor when necessary.
