Self organized intellient node for decision making in sensor network

A. Gnana Soundari, V. L. Jyothi · 2017

Nodes deployed spatially distributed autonomous sensors to monitor physical or environmental conditions. Most applications involve assignment of sensor devices at extraordinary environmental locations for monitoring environmental parameters and are controlled centrally at a distant site. It is necessary that the Wireless Sensor Network (WSN) be able to periodically self-organize and reconfigure itself where manual interventions nor configuration is not feasible. A novel “Critical Event Detection CED_Protocol” is proposed. Simulation results of CED_Protocol shows promising gains on reduced latency and high packet delivery rate compared to other existing methods.
