A technique for high precision temperature sensor

Base on the high precision temperature sensor, this paper describes how to trade-off the circuit design and layout design, we focus on the bandgap Ref, Temperature sensor block and ADC block. On the basis of the above three blocks design, we construct the floor plan of the whole layout. The result of post-simulation has satisfied the design objective, meanwhile the test data has also satisfied to product requirement.
