Elliptic Curve Cryptography (ECC) is a public key cryptography based on the difficulty of the Discrete Logarithm Problem (ECDLP). The advantage of elliptic curve cryptography is that it offers a level of security equal to the existing public key cryptosystems with a smaller key-size. The basic Elliptic Curve Cryptosystems such as Diffie-Hellman key exchange and Elgamal encryption scheme rely on the ECDLP. However, these cryptosystems do not guarantee all the security constraints. In this article, we propose a new public key cryptosystem that provides all the security constraints such as confidentiality, integrity, authenticity and non-repudiation of the data using Elliptic Curves
