Elliptic Curve Cryptography (ECC) is a public key cryptography, which is based on the arithmetic of elliptic curves, and security of the hardness of the Discrete Logarithm Problem (ECDLP).The principal attraction of elliptic curve cryptography is that it offers a level of security equal to the existing public key crypto-system by a smaller key-size. The basic Elliptic Curve Crypto-systems such as Diffie-Hellman key exchange and Elgamal encryption scheme are vulnerable to man-in-the-middle attacks. In this article, we propose a new public-key crypto-system that provides all security constraints such as confidentiality, integrity, authenticity, and non-repudiation of the cipher text using Elliptic Curve that is less susceptible in man-in-middle attack
