SOME ASPECTS OF ELECTRONIC OF OPTOELECTRONIC SENSORS

Several integrated circuitry solutions with converting of optical signal into electrical are discussed. Photodiodes and phototransistors are used as photoreceivers. Principles circuit of the optimum amplification of signal for photoreceivers with open channel are proposed depending on light intensity, frequency and amplitude.
