Recent developments in sensor nodes and sensor networks have drastically changed and developed the new world in which we are living. Now is the age of technology in which sensor nodes and sensor networks play a great role in improving our life-style, scientific, health and military applications. With each level of advancements in sensor nodes and sensor networks, there is also increasing number of various faults, misbehaviour, anomalies and complexity associated with them. These misbehaviour pose a great threat to the consistency and reliability of the sensor networks. This survey paper discusses about a few fault-tolerant algorithms for dealing with faults, bridges and radiation effects on sensor nodes and sensor networks.
