The mobility behavior of node in mobile adhoc network introduces frequent topology changes. The mobile adhoc network performs co-operative transmission to forward packets to different destination. The mobility of nodes and the topology changes introduces partitioned network which makes the communication to fail and there will be link failure. The earlier approaches performs merging of the network to overcome the problem of partitioning which introduces more network overhead in exchanging information. We propose a light weight network partitioning avoidance mechanism using dynamic random deployment (DRD) strategy. The proposed method monitors the topological changes and if there is any chance of partitioning the network, then we deploy random nodes in different location of the network to provide continuity in communication. The number of deployment of nodes is decided by the traffic approximation performed in any specific region. The temporary random nodes will be active till the topological changes occur at the next level where there is no need of partitioning. By employing such random deployment of nodes, the problem of link failure is reduced and the quality of service of the network is increased.
