The peculiarities of SPICE simulation of impedance spectroscopy measuring transducers are investigated in our work. On the base of model research results, an analysis method of measured values errors of the active and reactive impedance component are proposed. Our analysis method takes in to account the comparison the low-signal AC and Transient analysis. The Nyquist impedance diagrams are obtained during the AC analysis process in the idealized case, and during the Transient analysis, the active and reactive impedance components are calculated for measuring transducers actual parameters, including the activating signals forms. The implementation of such an approach is carried out by synchronous detection of output signals and integration of detection result in time range corresponding to active and reactive components. The proposed method can be used in the modeling process and sensor devices designing and in materials and nanostructures studding.
