A broker based scheme for spectrum sharing

In this paper, we present a broker based scheme for spectrum sharing to address the ever increasing need for efficient spectrum utilization. We discuss a descriptor language by which to represent requests for spectrum usage. And, we outline a proof-of-concept demonstration of the broker operation on real hardware.
