Providing ubiquitous connectivity to the mobile devices is a major issue in TCP/IP based networks. In this paper we have proposed algorithms for enhancement of ubiquitous connectivity to mobile producer, mobile node can travel at any speed and stay at any location for short or long period, enables mobile user to handle mobility effectively while frequently changing the Access Points as well as staying at same Access Point for long-time. We have proposed Relocation Adaptable Kite (RA Kite) Mobility model for Named Data Networking (NDN) over traditional Kite and MMS model. Simulation results and comparison results of RA Kite, Kite and MMS model are also analyzed for better communication tradeoff.
