In this research, the purpose is to evaluate the compatibility between participants in cooperative tasks quantitatively. The compatibility is estimated by the Concern For Others: CFO defined as the difference of input commands between solo tasks and cooperative tasks. The cooperative tasks platform, which can be participated from one to four persons, is developed to measure the CFO. In this paper, the relationship between human compatibility and cooperative tasks performance by two participants was analyzed. The results suggest that the cooperative tasks performance becomes weak according to the variance of CFOs. And if there is no variance of CFOs, the cooperative tasks is not affected. In other words, if there is a small amount of variance of CFOs, cooperative tasks performance is better.
