Web-services Selection based on fuzzy preference relations

The paper presents the approach to web-services selection based on clearly expressed criteria that influence the choice of the appropriate service. Web-services selection is held based on fuzzy preference relations using multi choice alternative method. Evaluation of web-services is carried out based on comparison criteria and utility functions. The decision making process is served by criteria ordered by importance using their weight values.
