In developing countries like Pakistan, a large number of women die while giving birth or after delivery. These deaths usually result from lack of medical services, late arrival at the hospital, poor prenatal and postnatal care, early marriages, and malnutrition and less gap between two pregnancies. We have aimed to help the pregnant women in rural areas of Pakistan by making an application based on their needs. Keeping in my mind the literacy rates and the availability of services we have made an IVR application which gives information related to expenses, diet, medicines, and suggestions to solve commonly occurring problems. Our Results show that such a system can be helpful in providing essential information and recommendations to pregnant women in the rural areas of Developing countries like Pakistan and also help in improving routine visits with the Doctors.
