Fuzzy model of transfer criteria for network distribution to 20 kV voltage

This paper presents the fuzzy mathematical model of transfer criteria of distribution network to 20 kV voltage by analyzing the parameters of the distribution network. The model used for the rapid analysis of priority network licensees to determine the order of their funding. As the basis of the synthesized criteria model was accepted a linguistic definition of priority transfer distribution network to 20 kV voltage by mathematical reproduction by fuzzy logic controller considerations of expert based on base knowledge represented by linguistic rules.
