Evolution of stability of synchronization parameters in packet networks

There are main parameters of synchronization signals stability and methods for their measurement in packet networks in the article. We consider an evolutionary way leading to the modification of stability parameters during the transition to packet networks. Issue the results of measurements on the real network.
