Estimation of multiplicative noise influence on the measurement error of information parameters of the useful signal. It is shown that the multiplicative noise leads to a bias of estimated parameters of the useful signal; taking into account a bias value allows us to have unbiased estimates. The expressions describing the relative accuracy of information parameters of the signal under the influence of multiplicative noise, having independent nature, are obtained. It is shown that the accuracy of measurement ofparameters of the processed signal depends on the nature of the probability density function of both the estimated parameter and acting on the signal multiplicative noise. Moreover, the measurement accuracy increases with increasing difference probability density function from the Gaussian of as the estimated parameter and the influencing multiplicative noise.
