The class of involutory parametric orthogonal transforms of cosine-Walsh type

In this paper a novel method for constructing a class of involutory parametric orthogonal transforms which can be calculated by the means of fast computational lattice structure of cosine-Walsh type transform is proposed. For this purpose all the necessary conditions that must be imposed on the values of transform parameters are formulated. Further on, the practical effectiveness of the proposed class of transforms is evaluated experimentally in the task of data encryption.
