Woven fabric data retrieval across museums in Thailand using knowledge graph

This research proposes the unified system to store and retrieve information related to weave fabric for museums in Thailand using the knowledge graph technique. We have studied the traditional systems that have been used in several museums such as Na Muen Sri Museum and Prince of Songkhla University weave fabric museum. After that we design and implement the unified database schema that can store data from several sources. We also introduce the knowledge graph to connect all knowledges of weave fabric together and improve the data retrieval method to make it more efficient and more related to user queries. User can do a query using natural language like “Weave patterns in Na Muen Sri” or “Oldest handkerchief that has Look Kaew Prasom pattern”. These features have a great benefit to everyone including non-IT people.
