Analysis of DS-CMDA system using orthogonal gold sequence

The spread spectrum communication (SSC) technology is widely used in different kinds of communication field due to it's advantage in anti-jamming. In this paper, we show the simulation system of generating spread code including m sequence, orthogonal gold sequence, M sequence by using MATLAB/Simulink model. Furthermore, by utilizing the fantastic cross-correlation property of orthogonal gold sequence, we propose a scheme that applying orthogonal gold sequence to Direct Sequence-Code Division Multiple Access (DS-CDMA) system to overcome the unsatisfactory performance of system using m sequence under the multi-users condition. The BER performance proved the feasibility of the scheme we proposed.
