Bitwise X-NOR Encryption Technique (BXET)

Ayan Roy, Asoke Nath · 2016

In the present paper, the author has introduced an algorithm BXET which can be used to encrypt data that is in transit across the network. It is an improvised version of ADES-1 where the key, unlike ADES-1, is shared between the sender and the receiver and is not sent across the network. The number of times noise introduced and the positions where the noises are introduced are dependent on the key. The key is shared and private between the sender and the receiver involved in cryptographic communication. The noise is introduced by X-NOR technique unlike the complement technique in ADES-1. The proposed method can be used to encrypt password or any other confidential information that needs to be transmitted across a public network, to ensure its confidentiality and integrity against the attackers.
