The library website plays an important role in the support of people's information literacy by allowing them to efficiently access the information. The user-friendliness and usability of user-interface of the library website would enhance the information searching process. The purpose of the present study was to evaluate the usability of a library website using an eye-tracking device. A usability test was conducted on 7 activity tasks with the assessment of effectiveness, efficiency, and satisfaction together with Tobii Pro X2-30 eye-tracker to evaluate the usability according to ISO 9241-11:1998. A think-aloud protocol was used during the test. Both qualitative and quantitative results were analyzed. The results from the quantitative analysis revealed that. The interface of all the tasks should be redesigned, especially for Task 2 (Search Thai journals and export to email) where almost no one could complete this task. Then, the results from the qualitative usability evaluation using the eye-tracking device and think-aloud technique provided some guidelines for the improvement of the usability of the library website.
