Marion G. Ceruti · 2004
Abstract. This position paper presents concepts and applications of an ontology for level-one sensor fusion. It covers platforms, sensors, tangible entities as well as intangible entities, such as concepts. Relationships between entities are part of the ontology. Verbs as well as nouns are included. Concepts such as reasoning under uncertainty also are part of the sensor-fusion ontology. Applications relate to knowledge discovery and the pattern recognition of potential security threats. 1
