One of the most important things I learned as an academic is that scientific work is a team sport.And similarly to other team sports, there is not only one player who is doing the match; many people have to stick together to make achievements.In the last years, I was in the fortunate situation of having many colleagues and friends who supported me, motivated me, and inspired me: I am very thankful to my supervisor Prof. Manfred Broy, who managed to create a wonderful and fruitful atmosphere for scientific work in his research group.I am grateful for his guidance and motivational support I got as his student.Furthermore, I want to thank my co-supervisor, Prof. Arie van Deursen
