An Intelligent System for Generating and Managing FAQs in Online Education

The conference started with a keynote each day by world leaders including our Terry Anderson. My presentation occurred on the 26th, and attended by a good group of people. The presentation was well received. One of the questions or suggestions given by the audience was if we can build a mechanism into the FAQ system to let students rate the questions and answers; another question asked by Jon Dron from England (he is joining AU in August as he has planned) was about how the consistency and redundancy can be better discovered an maintained.
