Research on the Emergency Events Monitoring of Minsheng Hotline Based on Text

This paper presents a monitoring mechanism for the emergency monitoring of the minsheng hotline. First, we establish the keyword dictionary of emergency events, and use the keywords rising acceleration and events severity to monitor emergency events. Event severity estimation use a weighting method to reevaluate events number. Replace different documents in TF-PDF with different nature events, such as consultation, complaints, suggest, help, opinion, thanks, report, petition. Take TF-PDF weights as events severity. Experiments show that our method is more clearly reflect severity of complaints and severity events, reflects public mood indirectly.
