The nonnegative quasi-miniaa of J | Dul m dx on m region HcR n are investigated.The ra-capacity of zero sets (excluding the trivial case) vanishes.The strong minimum principle holds uf m 2" n-1, the Harnack Inequality and the strong Liouville theorem are valid for m>n.
