Financial Crisis Warning System Development Based on RBF Neural Network

This paper uses the RBF artificial Neural Network to establish finical crisis warning model, and uses 263industries financial index as training set to do Neural Network training and uses 76 industries financial index as inspection sample. The result of this model shows that RBF model for special industries is better than custom model and gets high accuracy. Based on model simulation and result analysis, this model can provide accurate and reliable suggestion for decision-maker.
