The process of organization of remote health care in the absence of the possibility of checks by amedical specialist was analyzed. The main directions of telemedicine development were determined. Interms of organization a secure communication channel between a doctor who works with the patientand physician consultant, systems and channels of data transferring were reviewed. The generalscheme of protection system of information transmitted over the GSM network was developed.
