Introducing Petri Nets Method to Service Engineering

A kind of high-level Petri Nets-Colored Petri Nets is introduced to model service engineering by presenting a case study which a popularly known service system-restaurant service system is modeled and analyzed in the environment of simulation software-CPN Tools.
