A performance evaluation framework for Educational Exchange Platform

The paper analyzes the design principles of performance evaluation system framework of education exchange platform. Based on the analysis of serving content and approach of education exchange platform serving objects, cooperation subjects and cooperation ways, the education exchange platform performance evaluation system framework is showed. In addition, the operable of platform performance evaluation are analyzed.
